The production

Today, the LATTERIA MORTARETTA brand offers a wide variety of products: from the mozzarella made with cow milk, which is still our main product (in a number of different formats, from the nuggets people use at home, to the loaf and diced mozzarella made for professional pizzerias), to the butter; from the ricotta, both fresh and pasteurised, to the mozzarella di bufala; from the exclusive “Capriccio dei Gonzaga” (the recipe is still a “company’s secret”), to the prestigious Parmigiano Reggiano.
Thanks to the laboratory for the processing of pork meat, the production also offers a great range of cured meats and different cuts of fresh meat.
